Payment Terms & Conditions

Unlike many publications we do not ask for payment until the magazine is published but do ask that you settle your account within 14 days of the invoice date.


Methods of Payment


You can pay directly into our bank account by using the account details on your invoice. Please include your order reference number on your payment to help us identify you!



Please make cheques payable to Wired Publishing and send them to:

Accounts, Wired Publishing, 20 Azalea Drive, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 9GG.

Please write your company name and/or invoice number on the back of the cheque.



Give us a call on 01225 807775 and we can take your details securely over the phone!



We do not store your billing information, and any information you provide will be destroyed after your transaction has been processed. We can then send you a receipt in the post for your records.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you will not be able to go ahead with your booking. If this is the case please provide written word  (either by email or letter) that you would like to cancel your booking at least 7 days before the print deadline.  Failure to do so may result in you being charged up to the full value of the advertisement.
