Common questions
How does a series booking work?
You choose how many consecutive issues to book (3, 6 or 12) and pay the lower per-issue rate for each one. A 12-issue series covers a full year of The West Wilts Magazine.
What are the deadlines?
Copy deadlines fall about two weeks before each issue is published. The next is 11 November 2026 for the December issue. See the full list of dates.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, in writing up to two weeks before the copy deadline. [ADD wording to match your terms and conditions.]
What if I don’t have my advert ready in time?
If we haven’t received your artwork by the deadline, we’ll contact you first. [ADD what you will do, for example run your most recent advert, to match your terms.]
